Getting Started


The walt.id verifier API allows you to verify W3C credentials in JWT and SD-JWT format via OID4VP. The issuer and subject can be identified by a did:key, with support for more options in the works. Use policies to customize the verification process.

To use the walt.id verifier API, you have two options:

  1. Open-Source: Use the free version of the verifier API available via the identity-repo.
  2. Enterprise: Purchase an enterprise license with extra capabilities and support.
